Privacy Shield
PatronManager participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. PatronManager is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. PatronManager is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. PatronManager complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework,PatronManager is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, PatronManager may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information Collection and Use
PatronManager collects personally identifiable information when you register for a PatronManager account, when you use certain PatronManager products or services, when you visit PatronManager pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. PatronManager may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with PatronManager, we ask for your company name, address, email address, phone number, and additional business-related information. Once you register with PatronManager and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. PatronManager also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, PatronManager cookie information, and the page you requested. PatronManager uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products. PatronManager gives you the ability to edit your PatronManager Account Information and preferences at any time by notifying us of the changes you wish to make by emailing privacy@patronmanager.com. You may request deletion of your PatronManager account or information by emailing privacy@patronmanager.com. Please note that for personal information about you that we have obtained or received for processing on behalf of a separate, unaffiliated entity–which determined the means and purposes of processing, all such requests should be made to that entity directly. We will honor and support any instructions they provide us with respect to your personal information.
Individuals within the European Union or European Economic Area are entitled to additional choices as a result of data privacy law known as the EU General Data Protection Regulation, more commonly referred to as “GDPR”. The following are those additional choices:

For example, to comply with anti-money laundering laws, we may be required to maintain personal information tied to financial transactions. Such data may only be able to be removed after a minimum required data retention period.
