Is PatronManager being replaced by Ticketure?

No. Both products will continue to be offered and developed.

Do I need to make any changes?

No changes are required. Your system, workflows, and support remain the same.

Will my contract change?

No. Your existing contract remains in place.

What happened to Leap?

PatronManager is receiving investment from Ticketure and its parent company, Dahlia Equity Partners. Leap Event Technology continues to operate as its own entity.

Will support or pricing change?

Your support team remains the same. There are no changes to pricing as part of this transition.

Can I use Ticketure with PatronManager?

Both teams are exploring how the strengths of each platform can work together. More information will follow.

What about payments and payouts?

Payouts will continue as they do today. No action is required.

Is there still a user conference this year?

Yes. The PatronManager Community Meeting will take place in Chicago, May 19–21, 2026.
