Patron Technology Releases PatronManager CRM Update
Patron Technology and its partner salesforce.com announce new client and user features in the latest release of PatronManager CRM.
Patron Technology, in combination with its partner salesforce.com, has released its newest version of PatronManager CRM, the company’s world-class and affordable web-based system for the arts that integrates box office functionality with a complete customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Designed to respond to the needs of both the customer and the arts organizations that use PatronManager CRM for their ticketing, subscriptions, fundraising, e-mail marketing, and donor and contact management, the new features focus on improving clients’ collaboration with their customers and integrating social media into their administrative, day-to-day operations as well as enhancing the public’s ticket buying and donation experience. Among the new features are the following:
- Social Contacts: An organization can place social media information on the contact records of customers and prospects. Now PatronManager CRM users will see icons for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and can click on each one and see the relevant information about the contact. With this added social intelligence managers will have insight about what’s most important to their contact and build a stronger and more productive relationship.
- “Who’s Sitting in This Seat”: This feature allows any organization user, from the Box Office Manager, the Development Officer, to the Marketing Director to use a seat map and hover over any ticket buyer’s seat to see complete contact information and history as well as the order details for that patron.
- New Video Tutorials, “One-Click” Reporting, and Donation Management Improvements: These are a few of the other new features in this latest release.
Patron Technology regularly releases new upgrades to PatronManager CRM. Summing up the process, Michelle Paul, Product Manager for Patron Technology, says: “I spend a lot of time talking with clients about their needs, and our goal for each PatronManager CRM release is to combine items on our clients’ wish list with innovative new features and our own forward-thinking ideas.”
