Patron Technology Launches YouTube Channel
Videos Include Testimonials, Interviews, and Highlights of PatronManager CRM’S Key Features
New York, NY – September 28, 2011
Patron Technology is pleased to announce the launch of its own YouTube channel located at http://www.patrontechnology.tv.
The new channel includes video testimonials from arts institution executives around the country who are successfully using PatronManager CRM, the company’s world-class, web-based system that features full box office functionality combined with a complete customer relationship management (CRM) system, built on salesforce.com.
Ed Fiscella, Artistic Director of Mainstage Center for the Arts in the Greater Philadelphia area, is enthusiastic in his praise: “It’s been revolutionary for us. For the first time, we’re able to have all of our contacts, our donors, our patrons, our ticketing, and our e-mail blasts, even our contracts, in one place where everyone on the staff can access them. For the first time, we’re really working efficiently.”
Jon Cohn, Artistic Director of Mutineer Theatre Company in Los Angeles, elaborates on how the system provides a great online experience for both their patrons and their customers: “PatronManager CRM takes into consideration the end-users, whether they’re buying tickets or making a donation. It’s incredibly sophisticated and streamlined, and that reflects well on us.”
Danny Feldman, Managing Director of LAByrinth Theater Company in New York, is convinced about the benefits PatronManager CRM affords a small company: “The ability to have an online box office built into your website really changes the way your box office functions. It changes the way you communicate with ticket buyers, it helps you convert them to donors and to regular constituents, and it opens new doors to you, and that’s really invaluable to be able to grow your audience.”
In addition to these and other testimonials, Patron Technnology’s YouTube channel features an introduction to PatronManager CRM by company CEO Eugene Carr as well as excerpts from several of his network and mainstream broadcast interviews. In other videos, Sales Manager Lily Traub provides insights into PatronManager CRM’s ticketing, fundraising, and reporting functions.
