Introducing Automated Patron Communications & Credit Card Brand Exclusive Pre-Sales

At PatronManager, we’re constantly seeking new ways to help our clients build stronger (and more profitable) relationships with their patrons. We’ve found the best way to do this is to actively solicit feedback from you, the people on the frontlines using our system. 

With this in mind, as part of our August 2019 release, we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of one of our most highly requested features, Automated Communications! With this upgrade, you’ll be able to send automatic pre- and post-show emails to your patrons all from within PatronManager, no third-party apps or other email systems necessary. Want to send an event reminder with parking directions to your ticket-buyers two days before a show? No problem. How about a follow-up survey to all attendees twelve hours after curtain? You got it!

Our Automated Communications tool was built to be used “right out of the box” with a friendly HTML editor that enables you to easily design email templates for your upcoming events. These templates are fully customizable and will automatically pull data from within PatronManager (i.e., First Name, Last Name, Ticketable Event Name, etc.), so all of your communications with patrons will be personalized. And the best part? You can schedule these emails way in advance with our Automated Communications Delivery Settings. No more logging in after-hours or forgetting to press the send button.

Exciting stuff, right? But wait, there’s more! As you might have guessed from the title of this post, in addition to our new Automated Communications feature, we’re also thrilled to announce the release of Credit Card Brand Exclusive Pre-Sales! With this new functionality, you can now offer pre-sale tickets to patrons with specific credit card brands or bank identification numbers. This feature opens the door for you to seek partnerships and sponsorships from local or national banks, offer cardholders and customers exclusive access to your events, and ultimately sell more tickets!
