Rachel Hands, Director of Client Administration at PatronManager, and certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and App Builder, will present a session at Dreamforce ’17 held November 6-9 in San Francisco. Presented along with PatronManager client Francesca Gabourel of ODC/Dance, the session is titled Improving the Arts Patron Experience with ODC Dance and PatronManager and will explore how ODC uses the PatronManager app to run its organization and how it helps them provide an outstanding patron experience.
Dreamforce, hosted by Salesforce, is a user and developer conference which drew 171,000 attendees in 2016, with over 2,000 sessions and thousands of live solutions from the world’s largest cloud ecosystem. Dreamforce ‘17 is expected to be an even larger event.
This will be Rachel’s third consecutive year speaking at Dreamforce. Last year, as part of a panel session, How to Map Out Your Career Plan with Trailhead, she offered tips on how to use Trailhead as a personal career coach and digital career planner to map out and track progress in reaching career goals.

ABOUT RACHEL HANDS: Director of Client Administration, Rachel Hands is a certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and App Builder. She joined PatronManager in the fall of 2011 as a data migration specialist. She then went on to take on leadership roles, initially managing the data migration team, and now currently running the Client Administration team, which provides support for approximately 700 PatronManager clients. Rachel is also a classically trained musician, with a B.M. in Horn Performance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.M. in Music History from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
