Five Patron Technology Senior Staff Members Presented at Dreamforce ’16

New York, NY – October 19, 2016

Five members of Patron Technology’s senior staff and managerial team were chosen to present in live sessions at Dreamforce ’16, held October 4-7 in San Francisco. Hosted by Salesforce, this annual user and developer conference drew 170,000 participants and had over 2,000 sessions and thousands of live solutions from the world’s largest cloud ecosystem.

For her session for product managers, architects, and developers entitled Build Your First AppExchange App, Karla Smagorinsky, Patron Technology’s Associate Product Manager, demonstrated what Patron Technology has built on the Salesforce platform, including PatronManager’s proprietary Box Office Express app, Barcode Scanning app, and MailChimp connector.  

Daniel Pesick, Patron Technology’s Associate Product Manager, represented PatronManager in the Dreamforce 2016 Demo Jam along with five other companies that serve the non-profit market. With three minutes to showcase the best of their apps, Daniel provided a real-time demo of PatronManager’s Box Office Express.

Rachel Hands, Patron Technology’s Senior Manager of Client Administration, and a certified Advanced Administrator, participated in a panel discussion, How to Map Out Your Career Plan with Trailhead, which offered tips on how to use Trailhead as a personal career coach and digital career planner to map out and track progress in reaching career goals.

Judith Shimer and Andrew Wainacht, Senior Client Administrators at Patron Technology, presented Conducting a Large Admin Team, a session based on how PatronManager’s Client Administration team operates, showing our internal protocol for making sure projects are properly documented, tested, and approved. Demonstrating a solution covering all three bases by combining Chatter Actions, Approval Process, and Process Builder, they then discussed designing individual protocols to fit an organization’s specific team.
