PatronManager pilot program provides information through Amazon’s cloud based voice service Alexa.

PatronManager founder and CEO Eugene Carr announced a pilot program enabling selected PatronManager customers to access ticketing and fundraising information through Amazon’s Echo voice-activated digital assistant, Alexa. This service allows PatronManager users to ask for basic ticket sales and fundraising reports, as well as individual patron information through the smart speakers, without having to lift a finger.
