I thought we were doing pretty well in promoting on social media until I read this post by Neil Patel, titled “ The Day After: 11 Things to Do After You Publish a Post.” I reread it a few times and realized this one post could be a whole book, it could be a course, and it certainly could be the very best introduction to social media promotion I’ve read recently.
If you want to benchmark your efforts, fasten your seatbelt and read this. And once you do, then you have to do it over and over. Neil concludes the post this way:
Like I’ve told you many times, the key to your success lies in consistency. You need to make a list of tasks and complete them every single time you publish a new post. That will be the difference between success and failure 6 or 12 months down the line.
If you’re already doing all these things (or even some of them) I invite you to comment below and tell us what’s working for you.
