New York, NY — Patron Technology today announced that Sales Manager, Greg O’Neill, will speak at the upcoming GALA Conference to be held in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. O’Neill holds an MA in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University, and has an extensive background in sales and marketing, including two years in the Advertising & Marketing Dept. of Better Homes & Gardens and one year in the Sales & Marketing Dept. ofVeranda magazine.

Mr. O’Neill is scheduled to present two workshops titled, Arts & Non-Profit E-mail Marketing: The Essentials and E-mail Power Techniques, and Next-Generation Web Marketing. The first session will cover basic e-marketing techniques, presenting tips for subject line and e-mail design, list building techniques, behavioral list segmentation, as well as case studies, and will take place on Sunday, September 6th, 2009 at 10:00am. The second session, to immediately follow the first, will examine the steps of creating an e-mail marketing strategy, from a detailed review of design techniques to reports on day-of-week targeting, as well as explore some of the fastest growing trends in online marketing including: facebook, blogs and streaming video.
