Patron Technology to Host Third Annual E-marketing Event
New York, NY — Patron Technology today announced that it will host its third annual day-long E-marketing E-mersion E-vent. The event will present the most cutting edge e-marketing tips, techniques and case studies tor the arts & non-profit field, and feature e-marketing experts including Patron Technology’s president, Eugene Carr, and president of Blue Bear, LLC, Stephen Brock.
The conference will be hosted by Elliot Forrest of New York’s classical music radio station, WQXR (96.3 FM).
The event will begin with a session called “State of the Online Patron,” presented by Stephen Brock. The presentation will cover the results of a 2009 Arts Patron Online Tracking Research Study, conducted by Patron Technology, which surveyed over 7,000 arts patrons, and compare them to survey results from 2006-2008, as well as focus groups held in August, 2009.
Following the opening session will be a full-day of e-marketing sessions centering around conference topics, such as, E-mail marketing tips, best practices of arts Web site design, and Facebook and Twitter do’s and don’ts.
The event is limited to 175 participants and is scheduled to take place at the Baruch Performing Arts Center in New York City on Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 9:30am to 5:30 PM. Registrations are now being taken at www.patrontechnology.com, and an early-bird discount is in effect until July 31.
