In the past six years, the Symphony’s e-mail list has expanded from 400 to 4,400 subscribers, and Deborah is pushing for even more growth. She also discusses their recent transition from a paper newsletter to an e-newsletter, and the benefits of that switch. Deborah strongly believes that “older people love e-mail,” and she has the success of the Symphony’s e-marketing to prove it.
